Senior Consultant (Best Air Regulatory Consultant in Texas)Stephanie brings over 30 years of environmental consulting experience, with deep expertise in Texas air permitting and regulatory strategy. Since 1993, she has supported a wide range of industries from manufacturing and energy to semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and military operations.
She is known for developing defensible permitting strategies and guiding clients through complex regulatory requirements with clarity and confidence. Her work includes everything from Permits by Rule and NSR permitting to Title V programs, emissions calculations, and compliance reporting.
Stephanie helps clients navigate the details, avoid costly missteps, and build environmental programs that hold up under scrutiny.
Cheryl Garza

Her experience spans safety and environmental work as well, including years managing site health and safety programs and serving as a Health Services Administrator. Cheryl is known for her approachable style and ability to connect with teams while keeping programs effective and compliant.
Backed by training and certifications in OSHA, RCRA, DOT, and HAZWOPER, she helps clients build systems that protect people and support the work being done every day.

Senior ConsultantElizabeth brings a unique blend of engineering expertise and human-centered thinking to her work. She began her career as a chemical plant engineer in oil & gas, chemical, and high-tech industries—and still stays connected to the technical work she loves.
