I am Owl, the younger one, Married for 7 Years, we have 2 owlets,  3 year old son and a 1 year old daughter. The main thing I would like to accomplish in this blog is to share my experience I have had working with youth in a Church and Para-Church organization. I am also a new mom, which comes with lots of fun as you will hear slowly in my stories. Having a baby, I am loving all the new trends they are wearing, and have started crafting my own, which could be an interesting and relevant thing to share with others. I know a lot about Thrifting (worked at a store for almost 7 years), teens (worked with youth for 9 years as well as being a pastor currently), I have travelled on missions to a few countries, and have my degree in Youth Work and am now working as a Youth Pastor. I hope some of the things I have to say will be beneficial and encouraging, as well as fun.  if you have any questions about me, please do not hesitate to email me at and subject it to owl. My sister and I are both Passionate about Youth and Children, but we have very different things to share in this blog, so i am excited to mash our interests into one unit.

I am Lioness, The older one. I have been married for 8 years and have two beautiful lion cubs aged 4 and 3. My main joys in life are working with children and making things. I have a little problem with starting too many projects and never really sticking to one. There is one project that I have been working on for a long time and still holds my attention. it combines two of my major passions. children stories and drawing/coloring. I am excited to share it with you on this blog. I am an early childhood educator by profession and a dreamer in every other area. Outdoor family adventures are how I fill my weekends and vacation times. I have a bunch of great kid activities and art projects that I would love to share. I am just entering the world of truly having to parent and I have been reading up on parenting books. Sharing what I find works and what totally blows up in my face is something i hope to do with this blog. My family has a deep desire to adopt the next few members of our family so sharing that journey is also something on heart. One of my greatest strengths is that I can laugh at myself. Almost immediately after the embarrassing situation. I hope you find joy and strength and comfort in this blog. My sister and I are as opposite as an owl and a lion. So by doing this blog together we hope to reach all types of men and (mostly) women with our shared interests and diverse opinions. I can be reached at the same email address. with topic heading “Lion”.

Happy reading!
