Baby Fat

So this is it… Owlet is 7 1/2 months old, bottle fed and now I have no excuse to carry on with this body he and I have created. I know I shouldn’t be hard on myself, but I need to be in the beginning in order to gain motivation. My small group girls who come over everyday have kindly dropped hints and I am hearing them with peace and understanding(actually I am not offended at all!). So I am challenging myself to try YouTube videos for work outs, walking the dog at least once a day and using my 16 pound son as weight training ( already had a close spit up in mouth encounter). It’s been 4 days since I have made the challenge and change. Here is to working out a different way!

I hear you! I hope it goes well for you. I have struggled with the excess weight since R was born. I have been really working hard at eating healthy/being active, but most of all, just loving our son and loving that I could be a source for God to work one of His miracles, and if that means some extra weight, that’s ok!!!
